L'hotel si trova nel centro della città, vicino al fiume, offrendo una posizione comoda per esplorare Belluno e le Dolomiti. Le camere sono spaziose, con una vista sulla valle, e alcune offrono anche un idromassaggio in camera. Il servizio è stato eccellente, con uno staff cordiale e familiare. La pulizia delle camere è stata impeccabile e la colazione era deliziosa, con una vasta selezione di frutta, torte e caffetteria espressa dal bar.
Il parcheggio può essere un problema, specialmente se non si prenota in anticipo. Il Wi-Fi era lento durante il mio soggiorno.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our business trip. It was situated nearby to various restaurants and cafes. the room we stayed in was spacious, clean and had modern interiors. the bathroom had all the necessary amenities and was well-maintained. the staff was accommodating, friendly and always ready to assist us. the breakfast that was served every morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the view from our room was stunning, which made our business trip more enjoyable.
The gym equipment was outdated and not in the best condition.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it easy for us to travel around the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities such as towels and toiletries.
The staff was not very accommodating or helpful when we asked about storing our baggage after check-out. The bathroom also had drainage issues, which made it uncomfortable for us to use the facilities during our stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel, with several best aspects to highlight. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly appreciated the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. Although the location was not ideal, we had no trouble getting around as transportation was easily accessible.
Worst aspects? All was perfect.
